Workshops & Events Information

While it may sometimes be necessary to provide a title and framework of content for workshops in advance it is difficult to predict exactly where my focus might be by the time the workshop arrives. Inspiration drives teaching and the best group work takes place within an atmosphere of innovation and discovery.

The creative atmosphere may be inhibited by titles and ‘blurbs’ used in advance to attract interest. Frameworks hold us back, and can restrict teaching and learning and the potential flow of creativity in each moment.

Suffice to say that all workshops will invite participants to awaken awareness, open consciousness, go deeply into their body-minds, potentially make new discoveries and/or deepen existing ones and make reference to ‘how we are’ on all levels.

What Lies Beneath for Teachers (live Zoom sessions)

These ongoing series of workshops, taking place over two days, are specifically designed for teachers. These courses examine the foundations of teaching by experientially drawing on feelings, insights and observations relating to:

  • The nature of experience
  • Impediments to deepening practice and teaching
  • The thinking feeling mind
  • Intelligence and living tissue
  • Density and space
  • The question of Self
  • Consciousness and its intensification
  • Love, fear, vulnerability and relationship
  • Teaching the unteachable

Friday session 6pm-9pm, Saturday session 10.00am-4pm
